Note from Seller:
I chose to establish my practice in Pullman, Washington because I wanted to be able to enjoy the safety, relaxed pace, and quality of life of a small town, with the recreational activities, sports, art, culture, and educational support usually found in much larger cities. This region has been voted the number one best place to live, and in the 36 years I have practiced here, I have not been disappointed. Pullman is the home of Washington State University, and the University of Idaho is just eight miles away. These two state universities bring in sports, concerts, art events, academic speakers, and athletic facilities that are open to the public. The universities also provide Pullman High School students with the opportunity to save up to two years of college tuition by earning university credits through Running Start.
But there is so much more to the beautiful Palouse than just the universities. Skiing, boating, fishing, rafting, and hiking are all within a short commute. As an avid cyclist, a competitive swimmer, and a musician, I have always found ample outlets here for my passions. There are over 150 miles of paved bike paths in the area, including the world class Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes, which runs through some of the most scenic areas in the country. This region hosts the annual Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival, and in the summer months, there is a thriving farmer’s market with arts, crafts, and live music every weekend.
But the thing I have enjoyed most about being a dentist in Pullman is the patients. Our patients tend to be very well educated and diverse, and they seek out the kind of dentistry we offer. It is such a joy to provide care for patients who understand and appreciate what we do!
In recent years, I have slowed my work pace somewhat, but there is a huge demand for our care. Our practice has an excellent reputation in the community, and each week we turn away between 3-6 new patients due to our limited schedule. The high demand for quality non-corporate dentistry here provides great potential for growth, and I cannot think of a better place in the country to live, work, and raise a family. – Selling Doctor
