We are a small town family general practice located in the mountains of North Carolina.  We work 3 days per week currently – we collect $500k.  We are Fee For Service.  There is much potential for growth by adding more hours.  We have been here for 39 years.  We have a good recall program with around 1,000 patients scheduled but many are past due.
