I usually don't recommend satellite practices for you, but this one is the exception to the rule. It's an underperforming practice in an excellent patient to dentist ratio location.
The equipment has recently all been updated. The overhead is a ridiculously low 40% and for a day and a half per week, a buyer would walk away after all payments and expenses with a net of $190K. Don't forget the low stress environment and grateful patients and it's only an hour and a half drive from the hustle bustle of New Orleans. Take a look at this one.
