This Multi-Specialty Dental Practice “FAST START” is poised for growth with an established associate run 3-day per week general & orthodontics schedule and a 1-day per week Pediatric schedule.
The $1.2M 3,798 sq. ft. luxury build-out in Anaheim Hills, CA was designed and constructed by Henry Schein in collaboration with luxury builder Gregg Roseen.
Private Operatories: 9 operatories with plush Pelton & Crane chairs and delivery systems. Each operatory is equipped with track-mounted patient monitors, Centennial cabinetry with 12 o’clock delivery systems, wall-mounted Intraoral X-Ray Systems by Progeny and Gendex, & Dell workstations for enhanced efficiency.
Ortho/Pedo Bay: 4 operatories in an open bay design, featuring Belmont X-Calibur Chairs, Pelton & Crane delivery systems & cabinetry, and Dell patient monitors and workstations. This area is further enriched by a granite-topped center island and circular banquet-style seating.
Sterilization and Dental Laboratory: A Pelton & Crane Solaris Sterilization Center equipped with stainless steel built-ins ensures uncompromising sterilization standards. The fully equipped dental laboratory allows for in-house dental work and customization.
Radiography: 3 Kodak digital X-ray sensors, in Op wall-mounted Intraoral X-ray, and an upgradable PC-1000/Laser 1000 Panoramic X-ray machine.
