Practice has been in its current location for 13 years and has easy freeway access with ample parking. No HMOs. Many PPOs. Practice has been amalgam-free for many years and more careful than most with periodontal work.

A high percentage of adult patients have had Quad Scalings and are scheduled on routine perio maintenance. They are on a 3-4 month recall with regular x-ray routine.

Practice has a rich history of providing exceptional dental care to the local community. Staff and doctor are professional but friendly and VERY thorough ad careful with verbal skills. They do everything possible to treat proactively, and fix things the right way. They don't like to compromise, and want the best long-term result for the patient.

With the right doctor, this practice is ready for quick growth. Additional hours can easily be added. Currently refers out all endo, implant placement and extractions (very few exceptions). Without question, keeping these procedures in-house would increase production quickly and drastically.

No marketing is being done. There has been no significant energy given towards growth for many years. Doctor's emphasis is taking care of what is there now.
