$1M GP practice for sale one hour from Pinehurst and one hour from the coast of North Carolina

We have a very nice standalone facility in a small town near Fayetteville, North Carolina. We are one hour from the coast in one hour from Pinehurst, North Carolina. Our practice is only 10 years old. We are in network with insurance companies, but we still collect a little over $1 million. We have a fantastic staff and a very growing community with a lot of unmet dental needs. We are a bread and butter practice. We do some clear orthodontics with our Itero. we do about two cases a month. We do not do any marketing at all. We do have a 3-D panoramic x-ray but we do not place implants nor do we do in endo. We are on track this year to have a record year of collections north of 1.3 million. We do not do any Medicaid. We have one full-time hygienist and one part-time hygienist for five hygiene days per week. We have three full-time assistance and 1.5 employees at the front desk, we do utilize a scheduling company to help us with our calls in our scheduling as we are extremely busy this year.
