Montebello General Practice for Sale

Seller has major health issue and must sell.  Worked until December 10th when first diagnosed.  Currently being covered for emergencies and deliveries of previously done work.  The practice has been established since 2007.  Seller worked three and one-half days per week.  The practice does no marketing, does not accept Denti-Cal, but does have a small contingent of HMO patients.  No evenings or weekends.  The office has four equipped operatories with digital x-rays and Dentrix software.  MOTIVATED!!
