The 2400-square-foot free-standing building has two exam rooms, a treatment room, a surgical room, IntraVet software, X-ray, an in-house pharmacy, an in-house lab, and a therapy laser. The owner is willing to work after the sale if her health permits. This single-doctor practice provides care to clients living within a 50-mile radius.
